In continuing Knauf Insulation’s presence and growing market share of insulation sales across the Nordic countries, the company has opened a new office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Over the last six months Knauf Insulation has made several new appointments to support the Company’s drive for market share throughout the Nordic countries, with new recruits being selected to help promote, and strengthen the Company’s insulation offering of glass and rock mineral wool and XPS foam.
The new office, which was opened in July, will provide additional customer support for the Nordic business development team in addition to enhancing local language skills in Customer Service roles. Multi-lingual skills across all the Nordic languages are of major importance in helping develop relationships across all prospective and current client accounts.
Heidi Fahlén, Nordic Customer Service and Logistics Advisor, and Anna Grundén, Nordic Customer Service and Marketing Advisor will together oversee all aspects of customer service for Knauf Insulation’s Nordic customers.
Mark Gillott, Head of Nordic Development at Knauf Insulation said: “We are making great head way with our penetration of the Nordic market and with additional recruitment planned for the coming year, having a fixed office base is essential in providing the right support for our customers and in turn providing additional levels of support for our Nordic sales teams.”
The second largest City in Sweden, Gothenburg is the ideal location for the new office being a major logistics hub, with easy access to South and East Sweden, as well as Norway.
